Mix 1 Antioxidant Fiber Drinks: Dark-berry and Orange Twist

My husband came home the other day from a great sale at GNC. He felt that since I was drinking the Naked Green Machine he thought that the Mix 1 Juice would be great for me as well. Can't get mad when the hubby wants to help you out and do something for you so being a good sport I tried it.

These pure juices contain 9 servings of fruits and vegetables. The have to be shaken well to get the pulp from the bottom. Before you can do that you have to open the bottle and then shake. The texture is like a watery milky fruit drink. The smell is great. The taste I could live with in the dark-berry. The Orange twist was so gross I poured it out. I tried every way possible to drink it.

I think my downfall of the drink was that I have been addicted to Naked for several days already. The juice down fall for me was that it tasted like paper and all the pulp wouldn't dissolve. I felt like that kid who wants hot cocoa but gets that instant cocoa with too much water in it and want to cry.

I don't want you guys to take my experience and run with it. Stay open minded and give me some of your feedback. I am always down for something new. I promise that each review you read will definitely get my honest opinion of each thing I try. I don't represent these companies so I will give it to you straight from the hip!

Naked Green Machine 100% Juice Smoothie Review

I have been on the search for the benefit of juicing without having to juice at home. I tried juicing but it ended up costing so much in the long run for just a 12oz. glass of pure juice.

A friend had recommended Naked brand juices to me. I came across Green Machine and tried it first. Now I am a person who food has to look good for me to want to taste it so I was skeptical. I swore my friend was setting me up to drink some mush that taste like dry clay and poison. I still purchased it and starred at it for a while.

Upon opening it it smells real fresh and is actually contains about 2.5 servings of fruit with other green veggies in the mix. It was very sweet tasting and refreshing. I was glad I gave this drink a try. I now am using it with a small lunch. I am not taking it too late because it helps make me a bit more regular. You definitely don't want to have to wake up just to eliminate.

Long story short, I have to be a bit more open to trying things that friends suggest. They are not always trying to "GET YOU" and make you look silly. Most of my friends do that. :)

Also, give the 10oz. bottle a try it runs about $1.79 at Walmart. I think this could also be used for those rushing mornings when you have to shoot out the door. It will hold you over until lunch time.

The New Year is comming, let's not fall off the wagon

As we enter 2010, I have fallen short of my goal for weight loss. I have tried many diets and had some success. As I strive for my goal in weight loss I want to be able to end 2010 in my goal body. Weight loss is always a goal at New Year's but before the month is out we are back to old habits.

I am going to blog my way through the year about everything I do from exercise to eating habits so I can hopefully make my goals this year and maybe even be of some encouragement to many others with similar goals as me. It is always great to have someone who is going through the things you going through as well as being brutally honest without judgement.

Everyone let's finish this year with a blast and Start the New Year with a taebo kick in the booty! Let's encourage each other and give each other advice as we all get a step closer to our own goals.

If you guys would like for me to touch on a specific topic I will so there is no reason for any of us to ever feel like there is no place for us to turn as we all try to reach our healthy weight loss goals!

In closing, I love you all and hope we all become a very loving and supportive forum of encouragement.
